          Quel bonheur d'avoir à faire de la cuisine un peu raffinée! J'aime l'ambiance de ma cuisine (qui a d'ailleurs été conçue pour le plaisir des yeux et de la navigation) et ses senteurs lorsqu'un s'en donne la peine. Mon ordinaire est parfaitement simple : pommes de terre à l'eau (mais, je le dis sans cesse, cuites épluchées, cela fait toute la différence) avec du beurre, le reste sauté le soir. Tous les jours sans que je m'en lasse. Je boude les tomates qui ne sentent plus rien, quelque prix qu'on y mette. Le concombre quotidien complète le menu pour les vitamines. J'ai un peu trop l'air d'adopter les schémas de base de Facebook (comme disait une caricature de l'organisme : dire ce qu'on boit, ce qu'on mange, ce qu'on fume, comment on dort, et croire que ça va intéresser les voisins). J'insiste donc sur les effluves du raffinement gastronomique, curry mesuré à la cuillère à soupe, lait de coco, coriandre ciselée, gambas, gingembre...

et l'ail et l'échalote avec le citron vert pour faire exotique. On en mangerait!
